What information we receive
Only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, phone number, email and message. Please do not write detailed health information in the form; we discuss that in the clinic.

Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, for example to book an appointment. We do not use it for advertising and we do not send you other messages.

How long we keep it
As long as needed to reply to your request and follow it up. After that we delete it.

Who we share it with
No one. The message is sent by email to our mailbox through our hosting provider's server. We do not sell your information or give it to others.

Outside services
The website's fonts load from Google Fonts and the map from Google Maps. When you open the page, your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address and, for the map, may set cookies. Our website itself sets no cookies.

Technical record
To protect against unwanted messages, the server briefly keeps a technical record of each form submission: the time and an encoded version of the IP address, without the content of the message.
